19Schedule／留学までの日程①You need to apply through your home university for this program.②Gunma University notifies applicants of their acceptance through your home university.③Gunma University applies for a Certicate of Eligibility at the Tokyo Immigration oce 2~3 months before the program starts.④Gunma University receives the Certicate and sends it to your home university.⑤You apply directly to the Japanese Embassy in your home country for a visa as a “Student”.⑥Departure for Gunma, Japan.※See P.15 for details.①申請書を原籍大学を通じて群馬大学に提出②群馬大学で受入れを決定。入学許可書を発行、原籍大学に送付。③受入の2～3ケ月前に群馬大学が入国管理局に在留資格「留学」交付認定の申請を行う。④入国の2週間～1ケ月前に群馬大学が入国管理局より在留資格「留学」の認定証明書を受理、原籍大学に送付⑤本人が日本大使館にて査証の手続き⑥渡日、群馬大学での交換留学開始※詳細はP15の「入国手続き」をみてください。Student life／生活■AccommodationsYou can apply for accommodations at the Gunma University International House. You will be informed of the results of your applications two weeks prior to your departure. And if the dormitory is fully-occupied, private ats information will be provided to you. See P.16 for details.■Health InsuranceStudents should register for coverage by the Japan National Health Insurance. The policy covers 70％ of your medical cost. The monthly charge is approximately 1,500 yen.■Living ExpenseWhile there is no charge for tuition in Gunma University for exchange students, living expenses for food, texts and materials, transportation, utilities, and room charges should be taken into account. Expenses are roughly between 70,000 yen and 100,000 yen per month.■住まい　群馬大学の国際交流会館に申請できます。結果は渡日の2週間ほど前までに分かります。入居ができない場合は、民間のアパートを紹介します。詳細はP16「生活と住まい」を見てください。■生活費　群馬大学での授業料は必要ありません。その他、教材費、部屋代、光熱費、食費、交通費などは必要です。個人差はありますが、70,000～100,000円／月が目安です。■健康保険　日本国政府の「国民健康保険」に加入します。保険料は、約1,500円／月です。病院に行くと医療費の3割が自己負担になります。Inquiries／問い合わせFor further information, please inquire with the respective contact person at your university.
