Students can spend a semester at a partner university without pursuing a degree. They remain enrolled at Kobe University during the exchange, so tuition fees at the host institution are waived, and the time abroad counts toward their required enrollment period at GSICS.指導教員：林 美香 教授 Academic Advisor: Professor HAYASHI Mika21学位取得を目的とせず、1学期程度の期間で協定校に留学できる制度です。神戸大学に在籍したまま留学するため、留学先大学の授業料は免除され、本研究科の在学年数にも通算されます。プログラムに参加したきっかけは、グルノーブル大学での安全保障の授業を学び、自身の研究に活かしたいと思ったからです。AIやDATA PROTECTIONというグルノーブル大学でしか学べない新しい国際法の分野から、人権法・紛争などの様々な授業を学べます。授業では、模擬裁判をクラス内で行うこともあり、とても実用的です。授業での学びだけでなく、国際的な大学での貴重な出会いを活かして、国際協力に関わる仕事に貢献したいです。このほか、本研究科では、ラオス国立大学での約4週間の短期研修プログラムも実施しています。グルノーブル・アルプ大学（フランス）への留学 Study at the Université Grenoble Alpes in FranceMy motivation for joining this program was to study security-related courses at Grenoble Alpes University and to apply the insights gained to my own research.I had the opportunity to study a wide range of subjects, from cutting-edge fields in international law unique to Grenoble, such as AI and data protection, to human rights law and conflict studies.
