Appointed professor at the University of Niigata Prefecture in April 2023 after serving at the Niigata Prefectural Office and the Economic Research Institute for Northeast Asia.Based on my experience in numerous collaborative efforts with business and government officials in Northeast Asia, including Russia, I adopt a research style to identify questions arising in the field and examine their factors and issues from various practical perspectives.
