My research focused on analyzing the political and diplomatic role of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) through the lens of "international feminism." Studying alongside peers from diverse backgrounds was both inspiring and enjoyable. My future workplace also values international perspectives, and I believe the language skills, learning abilities, and problem-solving skills I have developed will be invaluable in my career.大学院では、移民・難民コミュニティの形成過程を研究し、多様な背景を持つ人々の生活実態と制度の関係を考察してきました。学部時代とは異なり、自ら問いを立て、自らの言葉で論じることが求められる大学院での学びは、想像以上に厳しいものでした。文献を読み進めるほどに、自らの理解の浅さを思い知らされ、何度も立ち止まりました。しかしそのたびに、先生方の温かくも的確なご指導、そして共に悩み、議論を重ねた院生の仲間たちの存在が、私を前へと進ませてくれました。院生生活で培った対話と探究の姿勢を大切にしながら、外国人支援の実務に取り組み、これからは多様な人々が安心して暮らせる「居場所づくり」に貢献していきたいと考えています。In graduate school, I researched the formation of migrant and refugee communities, exploring the relationship between social systems and the lived experiences of people from diverse backgrounds. Unlike my undergraduate studies, graduate school required me to formulate my own questions and argue in my own words, which proved to be far more challenging than I had imagined. The more I delved into the literature, the more I realized the superficiality of my own understanding, and I stopped many times. However, each time, the warm yet precise guidance of professors, and the presence of my fellow graduate students who shared my struggles and engaged in discussions, propelled me forward.Building on the spirit of dialogue and inquiry I developed during my studies, I hope to contribute to creating inclusive spaces where people of all backgrounds can feel secure and a sense of belonging.修了後の進路には次の３つのパターンがあります。地域（新潟県）に軸足を置き、国際環境を理解し、分析する能力を活かして、地域の活動をグローバルな次元に結びつける活躍。Regional contribution: Linking local activities to the global society by placing emphasis on the locality (Niigata), and understanding and analyzing the international environment. Possible places of employment: Public service in Niigata, tourism, manufacturing, the financial industry, and the media. 国際政治と経済に関する理解を深めるため、本学の4+1制度を利用して本研究科に進学しました。初めて触れる分野も多く、修士論文を執筆する過程で情報収集や研究手法を何度も見直す必要があり、たくさんの困難に直面しました。しかし、先生方のご指導のもと試行錯誤を重ねることで、自分が研究したいことや分析すべきデータを言語化することができるようになりました。今後も論文執筆のプロセスと同様に、問題定義から分析・検証、解決策の導出までの論理的思考を仕事に活かしたいと考えています。To deepen my understanding of international politics and economics, I decided to pursue graduate studies through UNP’s 4+1 program. Many of the subjects in graduate school were new to me, and while writing my master’s thesis, I had to repeatedly revise my research methods and data, encountering numerous challenges. However, under my professors’ guidance, I had opportunities to try, make mistakes, and try again. Eventually, I learned how to clearly articulate my research ideas and transform my analyzed data into a well-structured thesis.
