The Graduate School of Regional Development and Creativity (GRDC) has the philosophy: “For resolution of issues in the 21st century, and for contribution to create sustainable and enriched regional society, GRDC develops advanced human resources that become the backbone of social design and innovation, and also promotes our remarkable researches.”In order to realize the philosophy, GRDC removes the boundaries among academic specialized fields. GRDC develops human resources that have advanced knowledge and skills, and capability to act independently with a wide range of interdisciplinary thought and a practical power.In addition, GRDC defines the “Region” as following:The word of “Region” does not show a specific area nor a district.
